1) Information we collect
We — the developer — do not collect, store, or receive any personal data about you. The App has no account system, no analytics of its own and no backend server. We have no access to your games, your player names or your statistics.
Specifically, the App does not collect:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Precise location (GPS)
- Contacts
- Photos, media files, or file contents
- Payment information
Advertising is the one exception to “nothing leaves your device”, and it is handled entirely by Google — see section 3.
2) Data stored locally on your device
The App stores app data locally on your device — for example game scores, player names you type in, match history, series, tournaments, and your settings such as language and sound preferences. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted anywhere, and is not accessible to the developer or to any third party.
Player names are stored only because you enter them yourself so the App can display them on the scoreboard. They stay on your device like any other game data.
3) Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). To deliver and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- your device’s advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID)
- approximate, IP-based location (country/region level — not GPS)
- device and app information such as device model, operating system version and app version
- ad interaction data, for example whether an ad was shown, viewed or clicked
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent controller, under Google’s own terms: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can limit ad personalisation at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads), where you can also reset or delete your advertising ID.
4) Consent for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before personalised advertising is used. The consent dialog is provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) and is shown when you first start the App.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy options. Withdrawing consent does not remove advertising from the App, but it does stop ads from being personalised.
5) Permissions
The App requests only the INTERNET permission, which is required to load advertisements. It does not
request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or media. If additional permissions become
necessary in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
6) Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows advertising, we recommend that it is used by children only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the advertising services described in section 3, please contact us and we will assist where we can.
7) Security
Because the App has no server and stores its data only on your device, there is no server-side database of your personal data that could be breached. Data held by Google in connection with advertising is protected under Google’s own security measures. Local app data can be removed at any time — see section 8.
8) Your choices and data deletion
- App data: delete it by uninstalling the App, or by clearing the App’s storage in your device settings.
- Advertising consent: change it in the App under Settings → Ad privacy options.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in Settings → Google → Ads on your device.
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. If you would like to exercise a data protection right in relation to advertising data, that request needs to be directed to Google using the links in section 3.
9) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example if the App gains new features. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
